2. Types of Internship Programs

We offer multiple internship options to support learners with different goals and backgrounds:

• Paid Internship: You are compensated financially for your work.
• Unpaid Internship OR Industrial Internship Program (Free): You gain experience and mentorship without payment. A learning-based program with assigned projects, open to all without any fees.

Internship participation is not dependent on any payment. You can later choose to proceed for opting into paid perks. You have to choose .

3. Optional Perks & Payments

We offer optional perks including:

• Internship Completion Certificate
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
• Performance Recognition or Endorsement

These perks are available for a nominal charge to cover administrative, design, and verification costs.

Payment is optional and not mandatory for internship completion. You are under no obligation to purchase these perks.

• All payments are processed securely through UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
• By proceeding with any payment, you explicitly consent to the transaction.
• You acknowledge that the payment is optional and is done voluntarily, not under pressure or force.
• If you choose not to make a payment, you can still participate in the internship program without perks.

4. Project Evaluation & Placement Opportunities

After project submission, we conduct a fair and transparent review process. Based on your performance:

• You may receive feedback and improvement suggestions.
• We may recommend your profile to partner companies.
• We may offer in-house opportunities based on availability and performance.

These opportunities are based on merit and not on whether you have purchased optional perks.

5. Data Collection & Use

We collect the following personal data when you apply or participate:

• Full name, email, phone number
• Education and skills
• Project files and performance evaluations
• Optional social/professional links (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub)

This data is used strictly for internship-related communication, documentation, certification, evaluation, and placement assistance.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. All collected data is:

• Stored on secure, encrypted servers
• Accessed only by authorized personnel
• Never sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect against data breaches and unauthorized access.

7. Refund Policy

• If perks not given to you after payment in 1 week amount will be refunded automatically.
